Adjusta-Fit offers FREE shipping within Australian capital cities and major metro areas on security doors listed on our website.

Shipping costs are charged for deliveries outside our free shipping network. Request a quote online or give us a call on 03 8786 3016 and we can provide a no-obligation shipping quote.
We try our best to ship our products to as many locations Australia-wide as possible, and while we continually work on growing our coverage please understand that we do not deliver to all locations.
- We do not ship outside of Australia
- We do not ship to Tasmania
- Some islands of Australia and remote areas may be exempt from bulky item deliveries. We will notify you if we are unable to deliver such items due to delivery restrictions.
Upper level deliveries
Due to the size and nature of our products, our courier cannot deliver to upper levels. Please contact us for alternative delivery options.

How your order will be shipped
Adjusta-Fit partner with TNT to ensure that deliveries meet promised expectations and is simple and easy for customers.
Your order will be delivered on Weekdays only from Monday to Friday and generally only during business hours 8am-6pm.
Please keep an eye on your emails for your parcels expected delivery time (check your spam folder also). It is advised that you arrange for someone to be home during this time to accept delivery.
If you are not at home when the courier attempts delivery
If you have not provided Authority To Leave, the driver will leave a card notifying you of unsuccessful delivery. You will need to arrange collection or re-delivery via TNT’s Re-delivery Service.
If you suspect delivery has not been attempted or you do not have the re-delivery card, please contact TNT. In your enquiry, please include your shipping number, delivery address and re-delivery date.
Authority to Leave
If you’re unable to be home during standard delivery hours, at your own risk, you may give ‘authority to leave’ to the driver. Simply leave a note in the checkout process, giving authority and detailing a safe and accessible location for the driver to leave your package.
Reasons for order delays
We will always strive to get your order to you on time. If for some reason your order is delayed it may be due to:
- Incorrect address has been entered against the order
- Public Holidays
- Extreme Weather Events
- Incorrect Credit Card information was entered against the order. Please double check all details when you place your order. You will only be charged once your details have been validated by our payment gateway.
- Occasionally if a product is out of stock
To the extent permitted by law, Adjusta-Fit Doors and Screens Pty Ltd does not accept any liability whatsoever for the goods ordered and/or any loss or damage incurred by any person in relation to your order once it has been received by the courier for delivery to you.
If you’d like extra peace of mind when shipping your item, you can add Shipping Insurance to your quote during checkout. Insurance provides loss or damage cover up to the specified value of your item while it’s being carried by our courier.
If you give ‘authority to leave’, insurance does not cover anything that happens to your parcel after it’s been delivered.
